I'm getting more comfortable driving in the City. It's probably from necessity, but I'm finding myself getting more agressive as a driver. I've always been a pretty good driverno accidents or tickets in the last 10 years or so.
You have to really keep up in San Francisco.... But I'm finding it pretty easy. It's odd how you can slip into sort of a driving trance. Keeping your eye on the road and letting your sub-conscious keep track of other drivers, pedestrians, etc.
Of course, the first few times I tried driving on my own, I got horribly turned around. In general, I know my way around the city. But when it comes to navigating specific routes, sometimes I get lost. The twisty roads in San Francisco fool you into thinking you can get to a specific point. But when you try it, you realize that there's a hill, or a one way street that prevents you. But it gets better.
