So, yesterday I woke up in a panic. I rolled over, looked at the clock, and immediately shook Jason awake.
"Get up! You're late for work! We slept through our alarms! Get up!"
He looked dazed and disoriented. Finally, he looked at me and said. "It's Sunday."
Boy did I feel stupid.

Sunny days are here again. The manic Arizona weather is good for the spirits, but hard on the yard. The trees, dormant for all of a week, are sprouting again. I think we managed to kill the winter grass though.
Rented Snatch last night. Quite a funny trip by Mr. Madonna. Apart from the snarky BMW ad, and the similarly violent For a Girl... video, I hadn't seen any of his work. Quite funny.
Naptime. Then, perhaps, cheap beer and cheap boys. Yum.

Happy New Year!
All is quiet 'round the Brown/Logan household this morning. Despite plans to the contrary, I greeted the new year with my eyes closed, snoring. The evening started out quite well, with a lovely dinner party. But I couldn't drag my sorry ass out to the clubs. Early bedtime for me.
My new year's resolutions are scribbled on a pad nearby, but I'm doing a good job of ignoring them for now.
I hope we all had a safe and fun New Year's Eve, and wish you the best in 2002!
