Restaurants

Why don't all restaurants have websites? I should be able to punch the name of a restaurant into Google and hit "I'm Feeling Lucky" and get right to the restaurant's homepage. For some reason it runs about 50/50 whether the restaurant has a website at all. Even big names that you would expect to have brilliant websites listing menus and smiling photos of the chef... zip, nada, nothing. Or some lame-o Citysearch listing. I don't get it.
