Shopping

I read in the Economist today that Tesco is opening 27 new stores in Phoenix. Not under the Tesco brand, for some reason, but similar in concept to their Express stores in the UK. I've frequently complained about grocery shopping in the US. I love the selection of prepared foods in British shops, and wished for something similar at home. It turns out that there will be a Fresh & Easy store not far from my house. How cool is that? Can't wait to check it out.

Tesco is the brand you love to hate in the UK. I'd rather have Marks and Spencer, but Tesco will do.
